My journey into physiotherapy began in 2018 when I qualified from the University of Hertfordshire with a first-class honours degree. After which I spent 2 years working as a rotational physiotherapist at Medway Hospital and even worked as an acute respiratory physiotherapist in intensive care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Although this experience gave me great insight into acute illnesses, different neurological conditions and orthopedic injuries, I knew my clinical skills could be pushed further. So I made the move to outpatient physiotherapy, treating those with musculoskeletal issues and joint pain. Since then I have solidified my outpatient diagnostic skills and treatment plans. With a passion for the body’s biomechanics and skeletal system.
I love educating, and wish to empower clients by enabling them to understand their diagnosis; thus enhancing their rehab and self-maintenance. My passion for strength, conditioning and fitness, is naturally passed through my treatment plans, especially for those with a sports orientated and specific return goal.
Outside of physio (and the gym!), I enjoy snow sports, spending time with family and friends … plus the occasional bottomless brunch or two!
