I became a PT in 2018 and take pride in continually expanding my knowledge, so I can provide the best exercise prescription, nutrition and injury prevention service I can. Regular massage has always played a big role to my own performance and injury prevention and in 2017 I decided to become a level 3 sports massage therapist.
As a result I have been able to combine bespoke PT and massage services to a variety of clients, from overworked mums and under stretched desk workers to elite athletes. As a result, those clients now understand how to strengthen their bodies safely, supporting their recovery and working towards preventing further issues in the future.
